My cam has gone offline.
It’s solar plugged in. Only 1 backup battery
Any suggestions??

You can definitely get a second battery so that you can have a longer duration of your camera being fully functional, but if you are having excessive motion that is draining your batteries, you may need to have more times you will be charging the batteries throughout the months to follow.
I recommend to ensure you aren’t having too many unwanted motion notifications draining your battery by adjusting your motion sensitivity for the device, and getting that second battery. Make sure you take down this battery to fully charge it before putting it back in and bringing your camera back online through the Device Health page!
