I have the solar powered ring alarm sign for the front of my home and there have been a few instances where the light is not on. The power switch is in the on position but I need to switch it off and then back on again for the light to come on. I am obviously doing this when it is dark out. And since turning it off and then back on again then allows it to light up, there should be enough battery power stored.
