Software update

Ridiculous. I have had the doorbell pro for over 4 years and there was a issue with the original I purchased so they sent me a replacement free of charge. Now I’m having the same issue which is stuck in software update mode and is not passing that we did all troubleshooting. The doorbell was working fine before they forced and update and I got packages stolen from my house as well. I did not want the update and now I’m out 2500 for my shipments and ring wants me to buy a new one saying outside of warranty. This is crazy they should replace since they wanted to do a software update
