I was on a chat with one of your representatives last night and they insisted that a battery came with the plug in cameras. In fact, he ended the chat with "these chats are monitored. I could get in trouble if I was telling you something that isn't true. The battery comes with it"

For the Ring Stick Up Cam Plug-In, the following is included in the box: - Stick Up Cam Plug-In- Indoor/Outdoor Power Adapter- Screws and Wall Anchors- User Manual- Security StickerYou can find this information listed on the [product page](https://ring.com/products/stick-up-security-camera-plug-in) as well. It does not mention a battery as the power method for the Stick Up Cam Plug-In is the Indoor/Outdoor Power Adapter.
