It appears there was a recent update as my notifications now show a preview of the motion alert. Unfortunately when the notification comes in, the option to snooze only flashes on the screen for a spit second and it’s impossible to react fast enough to get to it. What makes it worse is snooze used to be an option in a drop down for the accumulated notifications. That is no longer there with the preview appearing to have taken its place. I really need the snooze option, I use it several times a day, almost every day. Please fix this.
Hi @jklier. Do you have Rich Notifications enabled? If so, try disabling them to see if it allows you to use the Motion Snooze properly. You can read more about the Rich Notifications feature in our Help Center Article here. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App.
