Snooze doesn't work

How come my Ring Pro will not snooze when I select it for a set amount of time? I continue to get alerts to my phone ?

Hi there, @icanhear! When toggling the snooze on in your Ring app, this should certainly snooze motion alerts, especially if the snooze is toggled from the Doorbell Pro page specifically. Please ensure there are not linked devices or other integrations that might be notifying you of motion. Please also ensure that you are owner of this Doorbell Pro, rather than shared user, and the Video Doorbell Pro is setup at the location you are attempting to snooze in your Ring app. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
