My floodlight camera worked fine, and without any change that I can think of, it stopped working on 12/11. Weird thing is that the snapshots are all fine. When I click on “live view”, it goes to a screen with “activating device …” and the loading circle and on and on, eventually it always ended up with “streaming error, more info, reconnect”. My RSSI is -46. The motion detection also works fine, it sends me the right motion alert when I tested it.
Don’t just blindly blame the network, because all my other 30+ devices work just fine at home, including several cheap cameras like Foscam camera. Also don’t just suggest me to uninstall and reinstall the app, I would rather you investigate and root cause the issue so that it doesn’t happen in the future. I’m happy to provide you the logs or willing to grant you access to the logs for debugging purposes.
