I have 3 Stick up cameras. At some point all have had the snapshot feature. Now, one by one this has disappeared from each of the devices. Today I moved the last one to have the feature out front and within an hour the feature was gone. What is going on? How can I get this feature back?
Hi @Leport! I recommend removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, and then following these steps to enable snapshot:
- Open your Ring App.
- Tap the three-lined icon on the upper-left hand corner of the app to open the side menu.
- Tap Devices.
- Tap the desired device.
- Tap Device Settings.
- Tap Video Settings.
- Tap the Snapshot Capture toggle.
