The snapshot feature on my floodlight camera not working. Great internet connection/speed. I have completed every test and nothing. There was an update a couple weeks ago and it worked for about 3 days. Now nothing. I Feel Ring could fix this, but they won’t.
Hi @user33776. What type of device are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed? Also, what is the RSSI for your Floodlight Cam? This is located in the Device Health menu of the Ring app.
