Have a bunch of devices (at least 8), and have noticed the snapshot function seems to be cutting out more and more frequently. Hours will go by…and nothing records. I can go to live view and confirm the camera is working. I’ve checked settings to confirm strong wifi and that the snapshot function is turned on.
Hi @Otterden. You can try rebooting your Cameras individually by using the Ring app to see if it helps. I would also recommend rebooting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.
