Snapshot not working immediately after motion detection

I was sent a Ring Doorbell III because of snapshot problems with my Ring Doorbell II. Immediately after a motion detection there is a blacked out area for 10-15 minutes on my timeline until snapshots begin again. Anyone experiencing this problems? Besides the normal reboot reset are there any other solutions? I don’t have this problem on my stick up cam or spotlight cam. The spot light and doorbell are connected via Chime Pro and the stick up is hard wired via ethernet cable.Thanks
