Snapshot frame difference when downloaded

There seems to be a difference in the frame displayed and the actual image when using the snapshot feature to capture a still image from a recording.No good if you're trying to get a good image of a face. Work-around is to use screen capture on the smartphone which defeats the point of having the feature.
