Snapshot feature

My ring video doorbell 3 plus is set to take a snapshot every 14 minutes. Instead, however, it is taking snapshots at random intervals. Sometimes 14 minutes, sometimes 24, sometimes 30+. Thanks in advance if anyone has a solution.
