Snapshot feature stopped working

This afternoon my snapshot feature stopped working completely. Live view and motion alerts all fine still (except for as I mention below). But no snapshots saved for the past 8 hours. I have reviewed all settings in the app, turned off and on again etc. I have 20 days left in my free trial. Also, around the time the snapshots stopped working, i had post delivered to my door, but this was not captured on the device. This seems to be a once off though. Not sure if related. Any advice?
