Snapshot feature not working wired doorbell

Hello - I have the snapshot feature enabled on my ring wired doorbell but I can’t view the snapshots in event history? How do I fix this?

Hi @user74311. If you have already enabled Snapshots, which requires a Ring Protect Plan, and it is still not working correctly, reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app to see if it helps. You also want to make sure your Doorbell has good signal strength. If these steps do not help, give our support team a call for further assistance.
