I have the basic plan for my ring outdoor camera and the snapshot feature turned on to capture every 5 minutes. Firmware is up to date and wifi is good. I’ve turned the feature on and off to “refresh it” Nothing in my timeline is showing snapshots other than live events and motion detection. Very disappointed as my neighbor had their package stolen last night.
Hi @user30262. If your snapshots for your Camera are not working correctly despite it being enabled and having a Ring Protect Plan, try the following steps:
Reboot your router by unplugging it from its power source for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.
Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi since the reset will make it fall offline.
