Snapshot Capture Turned on but snapshots not being recorded on Ring Video Doorbell Pro?

Device Setting –> Snapshot Capture

Snapshot Capture is toggled on and Snapshot Frequency is set to Every 1 Minute, however when I go to my event history I don’t see any of these snapshots.

I have the Protect Basic Plan.

When I follow the instructions on how to view snapshots, I don’t see them shown.

Does your firmware say “up to date”?
How long ago did you install it?

okay I took a closer look at it, I guess it saves the “snapshots” as frame by frame videos instead of what I expected.

In other words the feature isn’t quite what I thought it would be.

I figured it out.
