I tried to follow the instructions to activate, but I do not have Snapshot on either my Ring Video Doorbell Pro or my Stick Up Cam Elite.

Also, I have Protect Basic on both devices.

If you’re not seeing the Snapshot Capture feature available in the Ring App, try removing your Cameras and setting them back up in the Ring App. You can perform a new setup by following the steps under Set Up a Device. If you’re still not seeing the option to enable Snapshot Capture, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can take a deeper look.
