Snapshot 5 min gone, firmware/reset does not help

Discovered that 5 min snapshot was greyed out and not working. Had to manually do a firmware update. No, the 5-minute option disappeared and not working.

Removed and reset the device, nothing worked. Suggestions?

Third time something like this happened…and of course after an incident where we needed to figure out a window of time. May need to look for a replacement. Interestingly, our local police indicated Ring has been failing for many customers lately. Is that true for you all?

Hi @BetterThanRing. What model Doorbell are you experiencing this with? This Help Center article here has more information about the Snapshot Feature. Also, if your device has a low RSSI, it could affect the frequency in which your device captures Snapshots.
