Snapshop Download Duration

How can I afjust the download duration of a snapshop download? When I attemp to download a snapshot, it only offers to download in 17 minute duration.

HI @MoShekar. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034443672-Using-Your-Snapshot-Capture-Feature) will go over how to download Snapshots. It could be that you are seeing this duration because that is the time in between events on your device.
