Slow watching videos and connecting to ring camera when getting notifications

Did anyone notice in slowness in connecting to Ring to live notifications lately? It was doing fine until after Black Friday. It seems like they sold a lot and now their server can’t handle the volume.

 At first, I thought it was my phone connection so I went on my work computer and tried to connect and it's the same thing.  In some cases, the video says 1 minute but cuts out after 5 seconds.

When I get a notification and click on it to watch live, it's just spinning.

Anybody else have this problem?

It is possible that you may be having a concern with your Internet connection at your home if the devices are taking awhile to load the live view, and also if the videos are mostly black videos. Sometimes just rebooting your router or device can help this!
