Slow response turning alarm off

Upon Entering the house and the entrance count down is activated Then the issue that we have is that the system has a very slow to respond to the code and if you then wait for the alarm to properly turn off, you can usually clean up the mess. Could someone please advise?

Hi @user12345678. When you say there is a slow response, are you referring to the Keypad specifically? Is there any delay when you are arming or disarming your Ring Alarm system in the Ring app? If this only occurs when you enter your code on the Keypad, I’d recommend factory resetting the Keypad and setting it back up in the Ring app. You can find steps on how to reset your Keypad here.
