hi,I've recently bought and setup a ring 2 system,it's connected to my mobile and a echo show,first few days fine,but today I've noticed the live view has reduced to a slideshow on the echo,but the mobile is fine, anyone similar problems?

Hi @Harleygjc. I recommend disabling and reenabling the Ring Skill in your Alexa app to see if it helps.
