My porch light camera is working when I log into website on my tablet and laptop but the app on my Android (Samsung S9) phone wouldn’t bring up my Dashboard. It just hung on the opening banner and said it couldn’t get location. I tried reloading the app but, when I try to log in, it will say there …was an error. Try again later. Any suggestions???
Hi @Cagey8605. As of Jun 30, 16:25 UTC, an issue affecting log ins on the Ring app for Android was resolved. You should be able to sign into the Ring app on your Android phone successfully now. Thanks for your patience as our team worked on resolving this. You can always check on the status of Ring.com and the Ring app at status.ring.com.
