Sien very quiet now, after working perfectly since May

I test my cameras for functionality at least once per week.
This week, my floodlight cam wired pro, has a very quiet siren. Not sounding as loud as it used to do.
Ive powered the device down for 5 minutes twice, to see if this reboots it.
Siren still very quiet although the tone etc is fine.
Anyone have this issue before?
Im a vulnerable pensioner, so any quick help is greatfully appreciated.

Hi @Abarmby. The volume on the siren shouldn’t have changed. You can try a quick reboot using the reboot option on the Device Health page, which should only take a few moments.
