I test my cameras for functionality at least once per week. This week, my floodlight cam wired pro, has a very quiet siren. Not sounding as loud as it used to do. Ive powered the device down for 5 minutes twice, to see if this reboots it. Siren still very quiet although the tone etc is fine. Anyone have this issue before? Im a vulnerable pensioner, so any quick help is greatfully appreciated.

Hi @Abarmby. The volume on the siren shouldn't have changed. You can try a quick reboot using the [reboot option](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) on the Device Health page, which should only take a few moments.
