Shipping delays Australia 10 days since ordering

Ordered from Ring.com on the 10th of December 2021 and its now the 21st and nothing has changed with my order. It still says processing.

Is there an issue with stock? Why hasn’t it shipped? I’ve never waited this long for a product to ship from ring.

I called the customer service line and the guy was useless. He kept me on the phone for over an hour and still did not solve my problem.

It likely has to do with the world wide supply chain problems that many businesses are encountering. Unfortunately, Ring’s online store doesn’t keep one up-to-date on an order.
You’ll receive your items, you’re just going to have to be patient.

Also, no one here has access to your account, so only by calling Ring Support can you get info. Sometimes you have to call multiple times to get someone that is capable and able to assist.
