Sharing user with my wife - Horrendious! - doesn't work

This is absolutely mind numbing.
Had ring doorbells for years.
Moved to new house.
Bought new ring 4 wireless doorbell.
Trying to share with wife.
Trying for over 2 hours.
Wifes email invite has no accept share button.
using generated code method now - will not accept code!!!
It used to be very easy and quick.
If nothing works this is going back to Amazon - will change brands.

Hi @8thman. If the Shared User is not able to accept the invite, try the following steps:

  • Remove the Shared User invite from your Ring App and resend the invite.

  • The Shared User can try accepting the invite using a different device like another phone, tablet, or computer.
