Hi there, @degranola! Once your Ring device is setup in your Ring app, and the shared user invite is sent, the shared user should see the device immediately after accepting the invite. A few tips:
- Double check the added Ring account email, to ensure you’ve sent the invite to the right user.
- Have the Shared User check their emails to see if they receive an email notification of the invite
- Ask the Shared User to check their Ring app, under the locations section in the menu, to see if the device appears there.
