Shared Users Access to Entry Door Locks

Beginning yesterday the app keeps removing the door locks from shared users on my account. It happens now every few hours, and it locks people out of the house. I have to login to the app, and give them their access back. Is this a bug? Obviously the fix can’t be to login every few hours and allow them access again, saving it, then getting a call a few hours later their code isn’t working.

Hi @e6e513a555f1137c93cfac1096368b. Which model of smart lock do you have set up in your Ring App, and are on iOS or Android? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps with the lock or the Ring App?

Did you find a solution to this problem? Mine started doing this today.

What I have found is a reboot of the Ring Alarm fixes it. I also notice weird things happening when an update is waiting to be installed, and of course, a reboot works. I wish you can schedule a monthly reboot.
