Shared User Management

My husband and I installed a Video Doorbell 2 Ring Pro. I added him as a Shared User. But he can’t modify the settings. How can we set it up so that he has the same access I do?

Hey @Kingbingo1. Only the owner’s account can make changes to the device and the settings, and the shared user can view the events and what has happened. You will need to set up the device on a joint email address account, or allow your husband to sign into your account so you are both signed in under the owner’s account.
