Shared iPhone device not receiving notifications

Hi All, My wife’s phone is not receiving notifications, called ring twice. Followed every suggestion. Been through our phones together and the only difference seems to be that my wife is unable to share location with ring device. We are baffled. Any help greatly received 🙏🏼

All the troubleshooting steps we have for notification issues on iOS devices can be found [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-Troubleshooting-Ring-Notifications-for-Apple-iOS-Devices). Ensure that Motion Alerts are toggled on in her Ring app, and that she does not have Do Not Disturb or any other mode enabled that may suppress notifications. It's also a good idea to double-check that the Ring app has permission to send notifications in her phone's settings.
