Severe Wind from Hurricane Ian Damaged 3 Floodlight Cam Wired Pros

I had 3 of these cameras become damaged and I am finding it extremely difficult to submit a warranty claim. All of them are only several months old. Can anyone point me in the right direction here? Two of them are missing the protective cover over the camera and on the third one the night vision no longer works.
