Setup issues with indoor camera

Hi guys. an having issue resetting my Ring indoor camera. it keeps telling me to wait for 15 days and i dont have that time. can any one help please. Thanks

Hi @user82227. If you are trying to reconnect your Camera to your wifi and are getting a message that you need to wait 15 days, you are going through a device ownership transfer. If you are the original owner of the Camera and are getting this message, it most likely means you are using a different account to set it up instead of using the original account it was on. I would strongly recommend trying to figure out what account the Camera was originally on and using that account to reconnect your Camera.
