Our ring doorbell (2nd generation) is ‘offline’ and we cannot reconnect it to the wifi. We have tried resetting the router, the doorbell itself and nothing seems to be working.
When going to reconnect it asks to press the setup button and wait for the white spinning light, nothing happens when we press this. The battery is at 97%. We’ve tried holding the setup button as seen somewhere else but this doesn’t do anything.
Any ideas?
