Setup already installed door bell

We have already this door bell installed in the property we purchased but it does not work.
Could you please help me to find out how to make it work and setup in mobile app.

Hi @dlovepreetkaur. If the Doorbell is still registered to the previous homeowner, they’ll need to remove it from their Ring account so you can set the Doorbell up under your Ring account.
