When I am setting up our video doorbell. on step 7 to activate the network by pressing and releasing the orange button on the back. Nothing happens. Is there any ways to troubleshoot or is this a defective device?
Hey @TWGLaw. Have you ensured you have charged the device for 8 hours? You will need to make sure the device is fully charged before using it, and you can try resetting it by holding down the orange setup button for 30 seconds. After the reset, press and release the button again to see if you can get the setup network to broadcast!
