My doorbell keeps saying unable to join while setting up. Any suggestions? It never shows up in my wifi.
Hey @Pbringhurst. It seems like you have a concern with joining the Ring Setup Network, right? Could you try setting up the Doorbell on another phone or tablet with the Ring app, and let me know if that works? If it doesn’t, you can also reset the device and try the setup again by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds before walking through another setup.
