Hello, I just moved into a house with a ring doorbell 3 already installed. I want to set it up but the instructions tell me to scan a QR code on the back. I don’t want to take it off of the exterior and have to reinstall. Can any help me with what to do?

I think you can bypass the QR code and just select one from the list.
Hi @Russ3. @coopthereheis is correct. When setting up the Doorbell 3, you can select the option in the Ring app to add manually. This Help Center article here has some great information on setting this up in your Ring App. If you aren’t able to complete this, you may have to remove the Doorbell from it’s mounted location.
