My wife doesn’t use email right now (chalk it up to trolls)…so how can I add her to our Ring Doorbell account without sending her an email? Can we use text? Other? Thanks for any help.
Hi @BeragioEstate. There is not a way to give a Shared User access via text. You can always create a new email used exclusively for Ring Access, if you wish. This Help Center article here has information on adding a Shared User.
