When I try to set Motion Zones on my Ring Video Doorbell Pro, I get a turning circle with the message ‘Activating Device’ that never resolves. All tests of unit and wifi are green and satisfactory. Would very much like to change Motion Zones.
Hey @Markovian. In order to adjust your motion zones, the device must need the Live View in order to showcase what scope of video you are adjusting in. Are you able to load your Live View if you were to activate this outside of the motion zone settings?
