Set up

I’ve tried several times to set up my ring doorbell and when I get to the part where it says the light should be spining, mine doesn’t and it’s driving me crackers

Hey @SachaW! Upon pressing the setup button on the Video Doorbell itself, the light should start to spin indicating setup mode. If this does not happen, please ensure the battery is charged 100% prior to attempting setup. If no lights show and the device seems to not respond, try a reset by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Please let us know if this worked! :slight_smile:
