I just received my peephole charged the battery full. Put the battery in and got nothing. No ring to sync my phone to the camera I also plugged the peephole up to the source(white box)
Hi @Dhallman18. I would try to see if you can get the Peephole to enter Setup Mode by performing a reset. To do a reset, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Allow 1 minute for the Doorbell to reboot, then try again. If your battery is fully charged, this should work.I hope this helps!
