My wi-fi does not find the Ring network during set up. What could be causing this?
Hi @Kat417. I would make sure that your bluetooth is off and your location services is turned on in your phones settings. Also, be sure any wireless printers in the area are unplugged, as they may cause interference. Next, with your battery full charged, press the setup button to get your Doorbell into setup mode (white spinning light). You should now be able to see the Ring wifi network. I hope this helps!
