Set up not working on stick up camera

Stick up camera not going into set up mode. No blue light when battery is fully charged. Comes on for about 3 sec then goes off.
I’ve been sent a new powered stick up it works with the power cord but does exactly the same with the battery.
I’m assuming it’s a battery fault so could this be sorted?

Hi @Kitch69. If you press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release it, do you get any signs of life from the Stick Up Cam? Does this stop you from progressing in the setup of the cam?
