Set up mode

Unable to go into set up mode ring door
Bell 3
I have two battery’s fully charged and when
I press the set up mode I am not getting
Any white lights.

Hi @Bluesriff7. If you are fully inserting a fully charged battery, you should see some lights on the doorbell. If you are seeing absolutely nothing, you’ll need to reach out to our support team.
