Set up issue

I have installed my new video doorbell and it worked for 30 secs. Now it just shows half a blue ring of light but the app tells me it’s offline, it is within 6 foot of the router. Can anyone tell me what had half blue light means please.
I have tried the reset procedure but it still does the same .

Hi @140761. What model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find this information on the original packaging or on the back of the device itself. When you’ve done the reset, make sure you’re holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds straight. After that, you’ll want to try setting the Doorbell up again in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device.
