Not the Pro. Trying to connect the chime to my android app. Setup goes smothly til I get to "your chime is now connecting to xxxxx.’ At that point, it blinks an alternate of red/green.
FWIW, I already have one chime connected from years ago.
Hey @requiredusername. Could you try resetting the Chime and then trying to set it up again? To reset the Chime, you will press and hold the button on the side for 20 seconds and then try another setup. If you still cannot set up the device, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. I had been trying to connect it while it was within 5’ of my router. Moved it to 8’ of my AP and it connected perfetly. Don’t know why. Don’t care why. It works. Thanks again
