Sent Shared User invite but when accepted it says ‘unable to authorise please try again later'

When adding a Shared User, please ensure they’ve also created a Ring account and have downloaded the Ring app. After waiting some time, check their invite status and have the invited user check their locations for a shared device, at the top of the Ring app when logged in.
