Sensor gen 2 offline

sensor gen 2 is offline. Batteries were showing good but I replaced them and also did a factory reset.
Nothing works. Does that mean I need a new sensor?

Hi @Atdf119. After the factory reset, bring the sensor close to the Base Station and try to walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
