How do I send attachments to my fellow neighbors?
Most videos I’m able to enlarge to give a better view or make close-up stills of the perpetrator(s).

Hey @Woe. You can go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Neighbors and then click on New Post at the bottom right to create a new Neighborhood alert in your area. Hope this helps!
